Monday, What’s In A Name

Monday feels like a clean sheet of paper.

There is something powerful about a new beginning. It does not have to be dramatic or life-changing. Sometimes it is simply the quiet decision to try again. A new week gives us that chance. It offers space to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Last week may not have gone the way you hoped. Maybe you felt strong and productive. Maybe you felt tired or discouraged. Either way, it is behind you now. What matters is what you choose to do with the days ahead.

Starting over does not mean you failed. It means you are willing to grow.

This week, set one realistic goal. It does not have to be big. It could be reaching out to a friend, spending time in prayer or reflection, organizing one small area of your home, or simply choosing to speak kindly to yourself. Small steps still move you forward.

Remember, progress is not always loud or impressive. Sometimes it is quiet and steady. Sometimes it is just getting up and trying again.

As this new week begins, give yourself grace. You do not have to be perfect. You just have to keep going.

Here’s to a fresh start and the courage to take the next step.

  1. My goal is to be kinder to the people around me too. Sometimes when stressed, I am not the woman I want to be. Thankful for do overs, and the God that loves us so much that gives us that privilege. Thank you for your friendship and constant encouragement.
