I am on a journey of self-discovery, reclaiming my authentic self after years of codependency and people-pleasing. For too long, I put others first, losing sight of who I truly was. Now, I am learning to set boundaries, embrace my worth, and navigate life with honesty and intention.
Living with multiple sclerosis brings its challenges, but I refuse to let it define me. Instead, I lean on faith, resilience, and a deep desire for healing—both inside and out. As a believer, I find strength in my spirituality, knowing that every step forward brings me closer to the peace and clarity I seek.
Through journaling, reflection, and shared experiences, I am piecing together the parts of myself that were lost along the way. My hope is to inspire others on their own journeys, offering encouragement to those who, like me, have felt stuck in cycles of self-sacrifice or doubt. This path is one of courage, growth, and embracing the person I was always meant to be.
